Request: The addition of two trash cans around one block in Capitol Hill.
Reasoning: In the last six months, I have picked up a monthly average of 1,900 pieces of trash around this block.
Purpose: I will continue to clean the block at the same frequency for one month, to measure the impact of installing trash cans.
Locations:
Trash can #1: SE corner of Corona & 13th
Trash can #2: NW corner of Ogden & 14th
Trash can icons placed on the requested corners.
