Documenting the process of creating a service request ticket with the same information, plus more information, that was in my letter to my District 10 rep.
They want photos - it is hard to show how much litter is in a space in one photo. But, I am finding that a series of before, trash collected, and after pickup would suffice. I can’t do that for the block per se. But I think photos of the trashy corners (let them build a bit) plus the photo with all the trash bags, plus photos of the block trash dumped onto the ground should do it.
Basically, I think I have the material, it’s just a matter of compiling it.
I would also like to create a QR code that launches 311 with a quick tip sheet on how to fill it out.
I did not create a ticket yet, because I don’t want to select the wrong category. I emailed Cassie directly (2/27) to see what she advises.
